Hi all.

What a doozy the last few weeks have been. Husband got sick, baby got sick for the first time, and I got COVID for the first time. Everyone in my household is doing better but sheesh what an adventure! So thankful to have made it out the other side of that and for our health. I’m currently working on a big feature on COVID and how some people have not fared well as a result and my heart goes out to them. It’s so sad some of the stuff people have gone through!

Also the baby turns 1 on Saturday and I have a ton of things to do before his party. I almost have a toddler y’all! What an AMAZING first year with him we’ve had. :-)

Trying to stop Googling the crazy state of the political world and work when he’s sleeping (which I didn’t do great at today) so here’s my midnight Substack edition:
