• Need some MDs, professors, and trainers (not promoting products) to touch on: How working out your butt can change your life: How building your glute muscles can help you with balance, posture, walking, etc. Then, how to prepare your body to best climb stairs and why stair climbing is such a good exercise to build your glutes, etc. Especially interested in studies that highlight this.
